The RS-550 utilizes a 713c Inconel 54/47mm turbine wheel, anodized billet Aluminum 54/67mm compressor wheel, and a dual ceramic ball bearing CHRA. Using precision CNC machining processes we are able incorporate all this new hardware into an OEM set of housings for maximum reliability and parts availability.
We have currently tested this turbo to 480-500whp on the stock engine & clutch, with Hondata FlashPro and fuel system upgrade while maintaining less than 85% duty on the HPFP. We are looking forward to continued testing with alternative fuels.
For optimal tunability we recommend pairing this turbocharger with our new 3.5″ MAF housing upgrade** for PRL HVI intakes, which will be available simultaneously with the RS-550.
